Diversity

As the Netherlands' leading international ITS organization, the work of ARS T&TT involves creating challenging opportunities between the Netherlands and other countries like India for example, which develop relationships that lead to trust. Engaging positively with the diversity which is part of this process and doing so with equity contributes to both what ARS T&TT wants to achieve and how it wants to achieve it and is in line with the core values of the company.

ARS T&TT progresses its Equal Opportunity Policy through the ARS T&TT Diversity Strategy and through a commitment to mainstream equality, diversity principles, practices and monitoring that progress. We believe that an Equal Opportunity Policy helps to ensure that there is no discrimination in the recruitment, retention, training and development of staff on the basis of gender including transgender, marital status (which includes civil partnerships), sexual orientation, religion and belief, political opinion, ethnicity/race, work pattern, age, disability or HIV/AIDS status, socio-economic background, spent convictions, trade union activity or membership, on the basis of having or not having dependents, or any other irrelevant grounds. We also believe that an Equal Opportunity Policy benefits employees and potential employees, partners, clients and customers and helps achieve dignity at work, as well as contributing to providing the best possible services to all stakeholders.

ARS T&TT complies with the rights and fundamental equality and equal footing of women as set down in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW). ARS T&TT also complies with the “Algemene wet gelijke behandeling” (General Equal Treatment Act (GETA)), which prohibits Discrimination on ground of sexual orientation. Advertisements for posts will give sufficiently clear and accurate information to enable potential applicants to assess their own suitability for the post. Information about vacant posts will be provided in such a manner that does not restrict its audience in terms of sex, race, marital status, disability, age, part-time or fixed term contract status, sexual orientation or religion.

ARS T&TT is committed to providing reasonable accommodation for qualified disabled individuals during the recruitment process. If you require modifications or adjustments to the process due to a disability please contact our HR Department
